The thing I mostly like in “A Day in Your Life” photography session is that the caos can reign supreme! The kids don’t have to pose, the parents are more relaxed and it’s possible to feel the real atmosphere of the house.
It’s impressive how you can learn about a family staying all the day with them. They really opened their life to me, and I’m so thankful for this!
I always thought that having girls instead of boys it would have been easier… I learnt that… it depends! Jennifer has three wonderful, sweetest, full of energies little girls and they really “fill the house”!
When I arrived at their place, after a while of shyness mixed to curiosity of having a photographer around the house, Charlotte, Hazel and Ellie began to behave as usual, and there it started to be really funny and interesting!
Charlotte spent her time to show me her room, her photos and all her preferred toys. Hazel was helping mum in the kitchen like a little woman (eating handfuls of mini marshmallows hiding from mum) and Ellie… well… Ellie (not even 2 years old) was alone in the bathroom spreading on the floor all the cleaning teeth tools of mum and dad! When Charlotte realized what she was doing, the first thing she said was “How can you be so fast to do this!”, and as a good big sister does, cleaned all up and taught to Ellie to say sorry!
The most sweetest moment of the day!
I’m sure that when Jennifer and her family will see again these pictures in 10 years, they will melt their hearts! At the end this is the main purpose of my “A Day in your Life” sessions: leave unforgettable moments to share with kids when they will grow up.
Thanks a lot Jennifer to let me breath the good smell of your breakfast and let me hear the sweet voices of your girls! I really fell in love with them! And let me tell you one thing… it’s the big dream of every kid to be raised with waffles, chocolate and marshmallows!! Your are an amazing mum!
Love
